Daily rates include breakfast. Reservations require payment of 50% of the total value in advance.The above rates may be subject to change during holidays.Courtesy for 1 child, up to 5 years of age, accompanied of 2 adults, in the same suite.Rates shown above include all taxes and service fees.
Cancelation Policy
All requests for cancellations of confirmed reservations should be directed via e-mail to: (contato@pousadapordosolcananeia.com.br) and their reception confirmed by the hotel management.
Cancellation deposits will be processed as shown below:
Reservations may be canceled 30 days prior to check-in date without penalty.
Reservations canceled after 30 days and prior to 15 days of the reservation date will be subject to 50% of the total amount.
Cancelations of less than 14 days of the reservation date are subject to the retention of the reservation's total amount.
In either of the above cases, the hotel management may at their discretion offer a voucher to be used for an alternate stay at the hotel.
In case of premature checkout on packaged reservations, the reservation's total value will be collected.
Observations: The return of deposits will be made in letter of credit or voucher with 12-month validity.
No Show is considered when a guest doesn't arrive on the scheduled date. The reserved suite will be available until 12 PM of the following day, after that period, the reservation will be considered canceled and the above Cancelation Policy will be adopted.
